Hello there!I’m Bethi, a songwriter, performer, composer, and producer emerging in the Vancouver music scene.
I’m a classically trained pianist with a Bachelor of Music from the University of Victoria and more recently a Diploma of Music Technology from Douglas College. I write songs and release dreamy art-pop through my solo project “Rational Creature” and in my day job I teach music to elementary school students.As an independent artist, I know how frustrating it is to be constantly met with roadblocks to creative ambition - lack of resources, lack of technical skills, lack of a network, etc.
Over the last few years I’ve been on a journey to systematically remove these obstacles so I can get my music made and I want to help you do the same.If you are ready to take flight with a song or big musical project but are stuck on the ground, let’s get those weights off your feet.
